The role within the team will see you working across varied client types, from technology to manufacturing and financial services. Your tasks as a Senior Consultant within the team will include:
- Deliver on-site and remote reporting, strategy, materiality and double materiality support, and on-going programme management services.
- Setting sustainability & ESG goals and KPIs for clients
- ESG due diligence
- CSRD and ESRS gap analyses and training
- Participation in SFDR related projects

Summary of role:
Anthesis Finland’s team operates predominantly in the private sector, and our strategy and sustainable finance & transaction projects and opportunities relate to:
- Understanding material risks and opportunities relevant to our clients’ activities
- Defining ESG risks and opportunities and action plans in the M&A’s
- Defining commercially relevant sustainability targets and ambitions, with associated metrics
- Supporting sustainability reporting, and in the short-term with the focus on the CSRD training, readiness reviews and roadmaps
- EU Taxonomy & SFDR related assignments
- Working closely with other Anthesis teams globally and locally.
Key requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience in a consulting role focusing on sustainability & ESG
- Experience in advising on or completing workstreams where key sustainability frameworks have been used (GRI, SASB, ISSB, SFDR)
- Knowledge about CSRD and ESRS requirements
- Experience in managing data collection processes on material priorities, and distilling datapoints into key insights for different stakeholder groups
- Curious, pragmatic, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Organised, methodical and analytical
- Professional English and Finnish and/or Swedish reporting skills
- Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to a dynamic, fast moving and changing work environment
- Work well with a wide range of people in a global environment.
