A leading international organisation is seeking a Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Advisor to join its HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reward professional who enjoys shaping compensation strategy while also taking ownership of payroll operations across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for compensation and benefits, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and effective reward practices. In addition, this role will oversee end-to-end payroll administration across several jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support reward decisions
  • Analyse pay data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Support annual remuneration review processes, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and bonus planning
  • Provide guidance on job grading, job evaluation, and organisational design initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams on reward-related matters, including promotions, salary offers, and new hires
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of compensation and reward frameworks
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits programmes and benefit renewal processes
  • Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to reward and benefits offerings.
  • Knowledge in both Patterson, but also Willis Towers Watson grading

Payroll

  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all payroll-related activities
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage statutory reporting requirements and year-end payroll processes
  • Maintain payroll records and support audit requirements
  • Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and vendors
  • Produce payroll reporting and analysis for finance and management teams

HR Administration & Systems

  • Act as the Power User on all HRIS systems (IFS, SharePoint, PwC Payroll).
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records
  • Act as a key user for HR systems and payroll platforms
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting, reporting, and HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 3–7 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or Total Rewards roles
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processes
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and reward principles
  • Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of job grading methodologies and market remuneration surveys
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
