We’re looking for a Content Creator to craft high-quality visuals and copy that strengthen our brand and what we stand for. You’ll be part of a collaborative team shaping how we are seen across platforms, from LinkedIn and our website to internal documents and campaigns. As our Content Creator, you’ll work closely with Business Unit Managers to translate complex ideas into engaging, visually consistent content that reflects AltGen’s mission and values.

Experience Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or marketing design
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• A collaborative spirit and curiosity for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, professional, and visually appealing copy and designs that align with our brand identity and communicate our mission and vision effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, schedule LinkedIn job posts and general updates, and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Produce compelling job advertisements, thought leadership articles, and educational content for LinkedIn and the company website.
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable visual identity across all Business Units.
• Review and proof all design and written work to ensure accuracy, alignment with brand standards, and delivery in correct formats for both digital and print.
• Work closely with Business Unit Managers and Consultants to develop content strategies, present design concepts, and integrate feedback effectively.
• Stay up to date on design trends, content marketing best practices, and renewable energy industry insights to produce fresh, relevant, and informative content.
