This role requires a highly organised, proactive and people-oriented professional who is responsible for ensuring compliant employment solutions, managing client and employee relationships and driving market growth, while also overseeing all HR-related matters for EOR employees in Botswana. The Country Lead serves as the strategic and operational anchor for the Employer of Record (EOR) business in Botswana, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities by guiding teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic decisions that align with both local and global objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Botswana’s labour laws, statutory frameworks and employment practices, along with a strong commercial mindset and experience in recruitment and business development.

As Country Lead, you will manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations, oversee the full employee lifecycle and maintain compliance with local labour laws across Botswana and other relevant African jurisdictions.
